“I think Jason’s tunic is possessed by a ghost. Every time Bruce feels bad and like a failure in the Batcave… BOOM! JASON’S TUNIC IN THE BACKGROUND! And it’s starting to summon itself whenever anyone else feels like they let someone down in the Batcave.”
“I love Captain Marvels New 52 costume. I hope they tweak Black Adams too.”
“I hope with the ending of the first story of Batman and Robin, Bruce will take what he learned from the experience and actually use on his other Robins. However, character development doesn’t really happen much in comics.”
“I HATE the new origin of the Amazons in Wonder Woman. It’s one thing to be trying to edgy or mythologically accurate, but these are people who help shape Diana’s ideals of love and peace. It disgusts me how they changed it. Why fix something that’s not broken?”
“If DC thinks they are making progressive change by simply DECIDING to make Alan Scott gay, they’re really missing the point. The LGBT community keeps trying to stress that none of them just DECIDE to be gay, that it’s a long process of questioning and soul searching before they come to the realization that that’s just how they are. Why can’t DC change a character’s sexuality that way, make it a compelling and human story arc, instead of making a spectacle in an attempt to gain more readers?”
“As much as I love Hawk and Dove, Liefeld makes it difficult to want to touch their comics. Makes me die on the inside because they deserve better. Making me wish DC would give them a different artist like when they were in Birds of Prey or Blackest Night series.”
“Power Girl is my favorite DC heroine. And it’s not because of her tits. She’s tougher than nails.”
“Why is it that Wonder Woman is the only female founding member in the New 52? They could’ve included another lady superhero.”
“The New 52’s ‘Voodoo’ kind of disappointed me. Not because the art or story was bad, but because when I heard they were putting out a comic titled ‘Voodoo’ and saw the cover art, my first thought was of Anita Fite. I kind of hoped that they were bringing her back.”
